CopyMinder needs full access rights to the directory containing the <program name>.cm file and the <program name>.cm.dir sub-directory it creates off it (and all directories and files within the sub-directory).
Click here for details on how to locate the <program name>.cm file.
We recommend that you install using CMInstall.exe since this sorts out access rights for you.
