Description:

If you are using the new Advanced Shell Method, your program may run more slowly than usual.

Solution:

You can control the strength of the protection system by adjusting the slider that is displayed when you add protection. Lower strength protection will result in less of a performance hit than higher strength protection.

Alternatively, you can disable the new option entirely by going to Options and un-ticking the 'Shell method should use advanced runtime protection' option.
