CopyMinder is a licensing solution for software developers to manage use of their software by end users. The developer has control of how it is implemented into their software and how licences are managed. Microcosm Ltd, the author of CopyMinder, does not control these things, only provide the tools that allow the software developer to do them.

Therefore if you have a problem with the protection and require support, or you believe your licence is not configured correctly, you must contact the developer or supplier of software you have purchased.

Microcosm does not offer direct support to end users of protected software, nor will we provide additional licences, re-instate licences that have been disabled by the software developer or provide any other service to an end user of protected software that will involve bypassing the developer or supplier of that software.
