Generally, developers using CopyMinder are only invoiced when their total outstanding charges at the end of the month are over the £10 minimum invoice threshold. However there are some exceptions:
1. If your account has a credit on it, for example due to pre-payment, then any outstanding charges will be paid from credit at the end of the month and an invoice generated to reflect this. If the amount of the invoice is zero, the invoice will be automatically marked as paid.
2. If your account has charges on it and there has been no invoice raised in the last six months, then an invoice will be created even if the total charges do not reach the £10 minimum invoice threshold.
